In most states, coverage for each Product Group is available through an insurance policy issued by American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company, a member company of Zurich, to a purchasing group in accordance with the Federal Liability Risk Retention Act (15 U.S.C.§901). Each individual participant will receive an individual certificate of insurance, and is covered for individual limits of insurance.
